FAQs:

Where can I buy your cookies?

We sell our cookies at the Whitefish Farmers Market every Tuesday. Look for our Tiny Cookie Truck. We hope to do a couple additional markets and events next season… stay tuned.

Who makes your cookies?

Well, we do! Our awesome staff @hurrawbalm manufactures cosmetics AND cookies! OMG, right? We plan to launch our non-profit mentorship program next year with a dedicated junior-baker who wants to learn the ropes, earn a great wage and a scholarship to boot.

WhY are the cookies so good?!?

Organically grown ingredients with minimal processing make the best cookies. We’ve been sourcing and working with organic food producers for 15 years. Less ingredients often makes a better product. Simple is best. Small is best. Cookies need to be made and eaten fresh.

Are your cookies vegan?

Our cookies are dairy-free and egg-free which makes them vegetarian/vegan by definition.

Are your cookies gluten free?

Our Chocolate Chip - Gluten Free cookie is our sans-gluten offering.

Are your cookies organic?

We still think supporting organic farming is very important so we are dedicated to the certifying process. We get our organic certification through Montana State Department of Agriculture. (Thanks Georgana! Thanks Ed!) Below is a simple run down of how the USDA NOP (National Organic Program) functions. Agreed, it is confusing for the consumer (and the producer tbh) with so much greenwash marketing, it can be daunting.

“100 percent organic” It is just that, 100% organic and carries the NOP round seal. “Organic” The product contains a minimum 95% organic ingredients and carries the round NOP seal. “Made with Organic ______” The product contains at least 70% organic ingredients. NO round NOP seal. “Specific Organic Ingredient Listings” Organic ingredients are denoted on the ingredient panel. NO round NOP seal.

Chocolate Chip (98.23%) - Certified organic with over 95% organic ingredients and carries the round NOP seal.

Chocolate Chip - Gluten Free (65.28%) - Specific Organic Ingredient Listings found in the ingredient panel, does not carry the NOP seal. (Still looking to perfect an organic gluten free flour!)

Maple Cinnamon Oat Walnut (98.47%) - Certified organic with over 95% organic ingredients and carries the round NOP seal.

Toasted Coconut Lemon Marshmallow (92.32%) Made With Organic ingredients, does not carry the NOP seal.

Confusing right? Now, go eat a cookie.

How long do your cookies stay good for?

The “Best before:” date and batch code is stamped on each package. We recommend eating them within three days for the best taste. There are no preservatives in the cookies. Refrigerate or freeze for longer life.

How much are your cookies?

8 cookies for 5 bucks.

What’s with the tiny cookie truck?

C’mon, it’s cute right? PS. If you buy the last bag of cookies and want to stick around until the end of the farmers market, you get a free ride!

Can I order your cookies online?

Not currently, but maybe, one day, we can deliver them to you!

Do you cater events?

With enough notice, maybe. That would be the coolest birthday party ever… Get in touch hello@tinycookiecompany.com
